Shipping Information

IN STORE PICK-UP

In-store pick up allows you to purchase online and pick up your item/s from our store. We will contact you either by phone or email to confirm when your order is ready to be picked up. Please allow us 1-2 working days to process your order. 

To use in-store pick up, add the products to your shopping cart and make sure you select ‘In-store pick up when checking out.

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes details of your order.

All in-store orders can be collected from our store at 1/5 Centennial Circuit, Byron Bay NSW 2481, Australia. 

When collecting your order please make sure that you bring the following:

• Valid photo ID# and

• Your order number

If you have nominated someone other than yourself to pick up the order we may require contact with you prior to releasing your order.

In-store orders will be kept for 30 days from the day you’ve placed your order. After 30 days your order will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a refund.

On rare occasions items may be discovered damaged or missing after an order has been placed. If this occurs we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement item.

POST-PURCHASE SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS

Shipping costs apply to post-purchase shipping arrangements. We will provide you with a shipping estimate 1 – 2 working days after your purchase. You then have the option to pay the shipping invoice by contacting us directly to make alternative shipping arrangements. 

COURIERS / QUOTES

Ha'veli of Byron Bay ships throughout Australia / International options : via Inter parcel, Byron and Beyond Removals, Leap Frog Removals , Mullumbimby and Anderson Removals (Australia Wide) within 3-14 business days , Ha’veli staff will contact you to provide shipping / insurance cost options. All care is taken, but damages incurred in transit are not the responsibility of Ha’veli and cannot be considered as faulty.

Returns Policy

Ha’veli of Byron Bay does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases. Please note our pieces are rustic in nature and do have their own unique design and colour variances in timber which will not be considered faulty .

The Return shipping is payable by the customer and it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery.

Ha’veli of Byron Bay is not responsible for the loss of a returned parcel and the original payment of shipping will not be refunded.

We will process your exchange/credit note within 10 business days of the return arriving to our warehouse, followed by a confirmation email. Ha’veli of Byron Bay reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy.

LAY BY POLICY

Please make sure you read and agree with the terms and conditions, including payment dates, amounts and any extra charges you’ll have to pay if you decide to cancel / or default the agreement.

Lay-by terms are 30% deposit. Our lay-by terms are for 6 weeks from date of deposit with complete payment of goods payable prior to customer pick up. If you cancel the lay-by, or if you have broken the agreement, for example, you failed to pay instalments over the 6 week term, a termination fee of 30% (deposit) will be non refundable. Extensions on lay-by may be negotiated within a reasonable time frame that is suitable to Ha’veli.

Due to a limited storage capacity any extended lay-by’s may require external storage, incurring fees payable by the customer. All reasonable security & care is provided but we cannot be responsible for the physical condition of abandon neglected goods past extended agreements. This includes, but is not limited to, moisture damage, rust development and overall condition of your piece. These will not be considered as faulty and grounds for refund on lay-by.
